It depends on the area and the degree of intervention. A renovation of 800 m² in an existing building can take between 4 and 6 months, while a new construction of 12,000 m² with a steel structure and centralized HVAC systems can extend from 12 to 18 months. In all cases, we deliver a detailed schedule with construction milestones.
