ScopeUp to two major revisions are allowed at no additional cost. Starting from the third substantial modification, an hourly technical fee applies, according to the current rate table.
ModificationsOur responsibility is limited to the technical supervision of the executive project. The material execution and workplace safety are the responsibility of the contractor hired by the client.
ResponsibilityThe 3D renders represent a conceptual approximation of the final result. Variations in textures, lighting, and finishes may occur during execution without this constituting a breach of contract.
Visual representationDeadlines are set per stage and are considered administrative business days. Any delay due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or modifications requested by the client automatically extends the schedule.
DeadlinesInvoicing is done by milestones: 30% at the start, 40% upon delivery of the preliminary project, and 30% at the close of the executive project. Invoices are not issued for services not rendered.
