General conditions of Arilintzeris service for commercial architecture projects and B2B design.
Arilintzeris offers architectural design services, commercial space planning, 3D renders, and bid management for companies in the logistics sector, offices, and shopping centers in Argentina. Access to the B2B portal and downloading technical specifications is subject to registration and acceptance of these terms.
The client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information about the site, municipal regulations, and operational requirements. Any omission or incorrect data may affect the project deadlines and specifications, being the sole responsibility of the client.
All plans, renders, technical reports, and documents generated by Arilintzeris are the property of the studio until full payment of the fee. The client may not reproduce, modify, or transfer such materials without written authorization.
Arilintzeris is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized modifications to the projects, misuse of the facilities, or non-compliance with local regulations by the client. The maximum claimable amount is limited to the value of the fee paid for the specific project.
The parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all technical, commercial, or financial information exchanged during the execution of the project. This obligation remains in effect for two years after the completion of the service.
Arilintzeris reserves the right to update these terms at any time, notifying registered users by email. The client may terminate the service with 30 days' notice, paying for work already performed. For legal inquiries: info@arilintzeris.com.
